Responsibilities
Project Leadership
  • Lead and manage projects involving cross-functional teams, spanning R&D, customer deployments, and business transformations.
  • Effectively manage multiple competing activities in parallel, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources efficiently.
  • Create and implement effective project structures, ensuring a clear and organized approach to project execution.
  • Track project activities, supervise and handle changes, conflicts, and critical issues.
  • Supervise all project activities to ensure alignment with objectives and timelines.
Resource Management
  • Plan and allocate vital resources efficiently to ensure project success.
  • Monitor team workload and ensure alignment with project priorities.
  • Identify potential bottlenecks and mitigate risks proactively.
Customer and Partner Engagement
  • Manage customer relationships, building confidence and trust.
  • Ensure project progress by arranging meetings and customer events.
  • Act as a key point of contact for customer and partner communications, addressing concerns and providing updates.
  • Work closely with major telecom operators from Europe, Asia, and the US to deliver tailored solutions and ensure successful project execution.
Project Finance
  • Ensure financial system monitoring and tracking.
  • Oversee project budgets, ensuring financial targets are met.
  • Monitor expenditures and optimize resource allocation to maintain cost efficiency.
Communication Skills
  • Possess excellent communication skills, both internally within the organization and externally with customers.
  • Facilitate effective communication channels to keep stakeholders well-informed about project status, milestones, and potential risks.
Initiative and Proactiveness
  • Demonstrate a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
  • Contribute to the overall success of the Project Management Office (PMO) by identifying process improvements and best practices.
Technical Understanding
  • Drive and support the design and deployment of 4G/5G Core networks & IoT SaaS-based solutions for customers and partners.
  • Engage in technical project discussions with customers, partners, and internal engineering teams.
  • Collaborate with leading telecom operators from Europe, Asia, and the US to support their network infrastructure and service deployment needs.

Requirements
  • 4+ years of project management experience, ideally with a PMP certification.
  • Strong experience in the telecom industry, particularly in 4G and 5G standards, as well as IoT and IP networks.
  • Knowledge of cloud services, such as serverless computing, containerization, and microservices.
  • Proven ability to successfully manage complex projects with durations of 6+ months, involving cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent in English, with the ability to communicate effectively in a multicultural and multinational environment.
  • Experience working globally and across different time zones, managing diverse and dispersed teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a can-do attitude.
  • Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
